Customer Satisfaction

As a customer, I shouldn’t have to tell a customer service representative how to act…they should know. It isn’t rocket science to figure out how to be nice to someone else. You either want to help and WOW your customer or you don’t.
Be the person that you want to interact with and your customers will continue to come back to you and tell their friends. Training can only help so much, but being genuine is the best way to impress and show your customer that you care about them and appreciate their business.
